Enjoyed staff and location, this hotel had essentials we need. The room was kept clean everyday and available in good condition.

I spend 3 nights in Guadalajara lovely. The room was kept clean everyday and available with king bed, A/C plus a great shower.

We liked this hotel and will be back when in Guadalajara. The restaurant was very nice in the lobby or the dining room, we ordered delicious dishes.

We appreciated it, the hotel was fancy and had very good staff and location. Generally everything was great, though the bathroom was quite small. Such great stay in the lovely area.

Location is best possible and polite staff made my stay very good. A theatre and a church are next to this quiet little accommodation. Overall the hotel met requirements, I would stay there again.

Everything was simply very good. Staff and location were perfect, but most important - the hotel was clean. My room included climate control and an electronic key card.

The breakfast was great, the staff was incredible, free wi-fi. I liked that bus station Sitren Degollado was easily accessible, it was easy walk to the hotel. Early check in and in general exceptional service.

The breakfast was plentiful, the location was beautiful. I appreciated that I could get double room with an ocean view. It was good to have delicious drinks in the pool bar. Workers in this place were very amiable, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Pool was good and fairly clean, rooms were immaculate. The service was helpful in my opinion. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a roman catholic cathedral.

Unbeatable location, the restaurant was astonishing and the service was excellent. The place was so close to Guadalajara heart of the city. Amazingly kind staff that assisted us during our such wonderful stay. We had a very satisfying meal in the morning, also exceptional food at the poolside bar...

Comfy location, super kind staff and more than clean hotel. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. Lots of supplies in the room : satellite TV, a safe and a sitting area. Absolutely beautiful views and beautiful garden. We found out free wifi was available throughout the property;)))

The rooms were fabulous, breakfast was good. Loved free WiFi and closet space in the room. Had wooden furniture and exceptionally comfortable bed. The property was relaxing and we had a very delightful stay.

It's a relatively quiet place with cheerful staff and elegant rooms. So much delicious breakfast food, absolutely tasty.

We totally recommend the hotel and its staff. Standard queen room had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and an electronic key card, everything worked for us. We really enjoyed that it was easy walk to Crepe Center, cause we prefer eating out. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too...

Walking distance to the restaurant Cantina la Fuente. We could visit instituto cultural cabanas, which was 5 minutes on foot. A rooftop terrace is why we chose it.
